The Georgia Association of DFCS Board, Inc. is a collective body of members who represent the local DFCS Advisory Boards in the 159 counties of Georgia.  Our mission is to provide professional development opportunities and educational assistance to employees of the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services to enhance and promote exceptional work performed in the areas of Sociology, Child Welfare, Social Work, Economic Development, and related fields.  Also, The Georgia Association of DFCS Board, Inc. inspires and promotes the efforts of local advisory boards going beyond the scope of its duty to assist employees and the community in which they serve and represent.
